Extra Magic Hours are for guests staying at Walt Disney World resorts to get a little more time in the parks. The days rotate and will provide some of the most popular rides, just in case you missed that Fastpass! Morning hours extend an hour earlier and evening hours extend up to two hours after normal closing times. If you have downloaded the My Disney Experience app on your phone, you will see a list of which parks have the extra hours. It is really worth taking advantage of; one year my family stayed the extra two hours at Magic Kingdom and rode the Thunder Mountain Railroad three times in a row!
